In the middle of February of this year we have informed You about working on documentation of zoning permit for new polyfunctional complex in Brno City. Complete documentation was hand over to competent authorities.

It is lately one of the most complicated and biggest contracts we have. On preparation of documentation co-worked designers across all our Ateliers and regardless unusual work regime and all restrictions (due to coronavirus) they managed to finish all worked needed in established term.

Complex is composed of six buildings on one common parking base. There will be commercial premises, restauration, Caffes, offices, hotel, but also apartments. It will be all situated on place of nowadays shopping mall TESCO nearby main train station of Brno City.
