Arch.Design has finished preparation of zoning oermit design for contract on Velodrom in location Brno – Komárov. We based our work on technical study, which we worked out in 2018.

Already mentioned documentation on zoning permit design was, after clients approvement, delivered to legislative authority. New velodrome is situated near Hněvkovského street in Brno – Komárov.

Velodrome is designed in standard of first category following regulation of U.C.I. with wooden banked circuit of lenght 250 metrest, width 7,5 metres and base allowing to organize top international competition with capacity of 2000 spectators. Velodrome will include space for hall cycling, storage and service of bikes, gym, regeneration, health care, physiotherapy and section for preparation for cycling in mountain terrain conditions. Multifunctional surface inside of racing track can be used for all kinds of ball sports, gymnastic or other sport activities. Building of velodrome is among strategic projects of Brno city.
