A year ago, we have informed you of official beginning of construction works for shopping mall in Prešov City.We should expect finish of build-up and opening in established terms.

We are dealing with this project since March 2018 in cooperation with architect David Lédl and it is processed in BIM – software Revit. We worked out documentation for build-up permit and documentation for rent premises for designers of leaseholders. At this moment we work on requested documentation for clients changes and provide architect’s supervision.

Due to the fact that we cannot travel abroad to Prešov, is architect’s supervision provided in distantly – we are informed via phone or e-mail about request for specification and we sent solution electronically back. Constructing and designing works are running despite unpleasant circumstances and we can expect opening of shopping mall at this Autumn, unless the build-up will be endangered by Coronavirus pandemic.
