Projekt bytových domů Šedova, který jsme zahájili v roce 2019, získal stavební povolení I. etapy a územní rozhodnutí II. etapy.

Původní studie byla optimalizována a tím vzniklo nové uspořádání, spojující původní požadavky s technicky racionálním pojetím.

Urbanistické řešení

Klíčovým prvkem návrhu je „zelená osa“ propojující Židenice a Vinohrady, která poskytuje bezpečný a klidný veřejný prostor bez kolize s automobilovou dopravou. Tato osa, obklopená zelení a plná komunitních a volnočasových funkcí, je lemována bytovými domy, které zajišťují soukromí a klid.

Dominantním prvkem území je náměstí s výškovou budovou, která slouží jako orientační bod. Kolem náměstí jsou komerční prostory, které oživují veřejný prostor.

Bytové objekty

V projektu jsou navrženy dva typy bytových domů, které se liší podle umístění. Západní objekty mají deskový typ a jsou přizpůsobeny terénu, s parkováním pod budovami. Nejjižnější budova graduje do dominantní věže.

Objekty podél ulice Šedova využívají svažitost terénu a mají parkování v podzemních podlažích. Díky členění fasád působí domy jako menší bloky, což dodává ulici rytmus a měřítko. Dynamiku fasád podporují ustupující terasy, které vytvářejí větší byty a opticky snižují výšku budov.

Projekt bytových domů Šedova, který jsme zahájili v roce 2019, získal stavební povolení I. etapy a územní rozhodnutí II. etapy.

Původní studie byla optimalizována a tím vzniklo nové uspořádání, spojující původní požadavky s technicky racionálním pojetím.

Urbanistické řešení

Klíčovým prvkem návrhu je „zelená osa“ propojující Židenice a Vinohrady, která poskytuje bezpečný a klidný veřejný prostor bez kolize s automobilovou dopravou. Tato osa, obklopená zelení a plná komunitních a volnočasových funkcí, je lemována bytovými domy, které zajišťují soukromí a klid.

Dominantním prvkem území je náměstí s výškovou budovou, která slouží jako orientační bod. Kolem náměstí jsou komerční prostory, které oživují veřejný prostor.

Bytové objekty

V projektu jsou navrženy dva typy bytových domů, které se liší podle umístění. Západní objekty mají deskový typ a jsou přizpůsobeny terénu, s parkováním pod budovami. Nejjižnější budova graduje do dominantní věže.

Objekty podél ulice Šedova využívají svažitost terénu a mají parkování v podzemních podlažích. Díky členění fasád působí domy jako menší bloky, což dodává ulici rytmus a měřítko. Dynamiku fasád podporují ustupující terasy, které vytvářejí větší byty a opticky snižují výšku budov.
